Where compensation, sponsorship, product provision, or another material relationship exists, the Company will disclose the relationship so users can identify the advertising or affiliate nature of the content.

If the Company provides a specific service on a subdomain or another page, the terms, pricing, cancellation terms, refund policy, privacy notices, commerce disclosure, and risk notices specific to that service apply to that service.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
